Learning App

«Astra Trainer»

  • Role: UX/UI + Web/Visual Design.
  • Product format: marketing website + web lesson demo + mobile app (iOS/Android).
Challenge.
Turn “ancient wisdom education” into a modern, easy-to-follow learning product: short daily lessons, interactive practice, and clear progress tracking — so users can start quickly, stay consistent, and actually retain knowledge.

Product Context.
Astra is positioned as a premium spiritual learning platform with a Duolingo-like step-by-step flow, gamification, and progress tracking.
The ecosystem includes Tarot, Astrology, Kabbalah, Runes, and Numerology, plus article/guide sections that help beginners enter the funnel.

Solution & UX Concept.
  1. Low-friction entry via free lesson
  2. Each discipline has a “Try free lesson” CTA that leads to a web demo before sign-up/payment.
  3. Practice-first learning
  4. Training is built around interactive formats (card-by-card flow, scenarios, varied question types, smart repetition, and mistake review).
  5. Visible progress system
  6. Users see a clear learning path: progress map, achievements, and short “5-min/day” sessions to build habit consistency.
A mascot (an important element of the product).
Astra has a mascot, Astrix, a “friendly companion” that supports motivation (including through reminders) and adds trust/warmth to learning.
The brand even has a separate story about Astrix as a symbol of “skill” and an emotional anchor for the product.

What has been done (deliverables).
  • Marketing website with separate product pages by direction + CTA “Try free lesson”.
  • Content sections: Free Courses and the library “Tarot Card Meanings” (SEO/benefit/warm-up).
  • Web part of the product: welcome/authorization screen + demo player of lessons.
  • Confirmed logic of product screens: from downloading and logging in to onboarding, training hub, and profile (as described in About Us).

Business value (why it works).
  • Conversion: a demo lesson before registration reduces doubts and provides a “tangible” product value.
  • Retention: short daily sessions, a progress tracker, and “smart repetition” support regularity.
  • Emotional attachment: Astrix as a mascot enhances engagement and helps users “not to quit” through friendly prompts/reminders.
  • Scalability: a single platform for multiple disciplines (Tarot/Astrology/Kabbalah/Runes/Numerology) + content hubs expand the funnel and organic traffic.
  • Trust: the website features metrics and social proof (e.g., 10,000+ learners, 1,000+ reviews, and a high rating), and the app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
